I have had some speculations lately whether or not I could be suffering from depression. For a few weeks now I have felt like I couldn't be too happy about much, and ive started injuring myself a lot without putting much thought into it....its nothing too big as what you'd think it be. Its mostly just bruises from me punching at my legs when I feel upset...the problem is that the bruises have started to get bigger each time....plus with everything else I am feeling, its kind bothering me in a way where I am afraid to speak to family about it, the internet and friends being my only solution to talk about it, I even called in for a therapist i would be going to in the weekend, but for now...I just need to ask if anyone has experienced this before and have some ideas on how I can get myself to feel better...cause I am really not good right now, not at all.

And with exams and such going to show up more frequently it could be a problem with focusing.....

I don't know...

Despite the bruises, just know that I am not planning on doing anything stupid...okay? You could kind of see this as me trying to avoid that at all cost.
